E-greetings to RHC residents
Riverview Health Centre recognizes the importance for residents and patients to remain
connected with their family and community. This connection to others
improves the health and quality of life for everyone. Riverview Health Centre's
e-greetings program gives family and friends the opportunity to send their
special thoughts and well wishes to residents and patients at our facility.
This is a free service offered through Volunteer Services. How the e-greetings works...
It is very simple: Click on the link below to access the email
message form. In the subject line, type the name and unit of
the resident or patient. Type your message and click send. Your message will be printed and hand-delivered to your loved one
by Volunteer Services. If the recipient is no longer at the Centre,
your message will be discarded. Messages will be delivered
weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. (CST). Messages received on weekends and
holidays will be delivered as soon as possible the following business day.
This program is designed for well wishes only. We will not be sending
replies from the residents and patients. Any emails intended to conduct personal business
or solicitations will be deleted from our system. All messages received will be handled confidentially. The resident or
patient may wish to have the message read aloud. Therefore, treat your email as if
it were a postcard; do not include anything in the message that you would not
want others to read. Send your love and well wishes through the Riverview Health Centre
"e-greetings" program, and make today special for someone close to you in our
care.
